Is Tecnospice a services company or a product company?
Both — primarily a software services company, with six of our own SaaS products that we've built and operate (eMedHub, AyurMedHub, HrBuddie, TrustEdge CRM, Fixdesk, Longevity). The products cover common SME workflows; for everything outside them we take on custom builds with the same engineering bench. Customisation on top of the products is delivered heavily.
Where are your customers, and how do you support them?
Clients are spread across India — north to south, tier-1 metros and tier-2/3 cities. Product support runs 24×7 from our team, with regional language coverage on the support desk and SLA-backed response times for paid plans.
How heavily can a product be customised?
Heavily. Most enterprise customers run a customised deployment — additional fields, vertical-specific workflows, branded portals, integrations with their existing ERP / Tally / banking stack. We avoid forking the core codebase: customisations land as configuration, tenant-scoped extensions or plug-ins, so upgrades stay smooth.
How is the engineering team organised?
Specialist teams, not generalist benches: separate frontend, backend, QA, UAT and product-support teams collaborate per release. QA and UAT both gate every customisation before it reaches your tenant. The 24×7 support desk handles tickets, with engineering escalation paths for live incidents.
What is the tech stack?
Backend: Django (Python). Frontend: React + Next.js. Databases: MySQL on AWS RDS as primary; PostgreSQL where the workload calls for it. Everything runs on AWS, multi-tenant from day one, with audit logs and role-based access on every product.
Is your software multi-tenant or single-tenant?
Both. Our SaaS products are multi-tenant by default with strict per-tenant isolation. For regulated customers (healthcare, finance) we offer dedicated single-tenant deployments — same code, isolated database and infrastructure.
Do your products expose APIs and webhooks?
Yes. Every product ships with documented REST APIs, webhook subscriptions, and a sandbox for integration testing. Auth via OAuth 2 or scoped API keys. The API is treated as a first-class product, not an afterthought.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Encryption at rest and in transit, RBAC with audit logs on every privileged action, and per-tenant data isolation. We are aligned to HIPAA, DPDP and GDPR depending on the product, with ISO 27001 in progress.
How do customers raise bugs or feature requests?
Customers raise tickets through the in-app support channel — the 24×7 desk acknowledges within minutes and the ticket lands in our Fixdesk queue, owned end-to-end through QA, UAT, and release. Prospects can email info@tecnospice.com with the product name in the subject line.
