Tecnospice is a product-based software company. Five multi-tenant SaaS products in production, served to clients across India, with deep customisation on top — delivered by specialist frontend, backend, QA and UAT teams and run by a 24×7 product-support desk.
01 / origin
We started Tecnospice because the SMEs we knew were stuck — too big for spreadsheets, too small for the consulting bills behind enterprise software. So we became a product company for them: build once, customise per tenant, support round-the-clock.
Today we ship six SaaS products. eMedHub for hospitals, AyurMedHub for Ayurveda chains, HrBuddie for HR & payroll, TrustEdge CRM for sales, Fixdesk for engineering ops, and Longevity for whole-clinic wellness. They run on Django + React + Next.js, on AWS, with MySQL and PostgreSQL on RDS — multi-tenant from the first commit.
Most enterprise tenants run with significant customisation. We deliver it as configuration, plug-ins and tenant-scoped extensions — never by forking the codebase — so every tenant stays on the upgrade path. Specialist QA and UAT teams gate every release before it goes live.

Regression coverage, customisation-aware test suites, customer-side acceptance runs. Two gates every release passes through before a tenant sees it.

Round-the-clock desk handling tickets across all six products. SLA-backed responses, engineering escalation paths, monthly health reports.
Customer Relations
Onboarding, training, monthly business reviews. CREs sit between the client and the engineering bench — they make sure the implementation lands and stays landed.
Sales
Pre-sales engineering and account management. First call is with a sales engineer who can read the customer's real workflow, not a quota-carrying generalist.
People & HR
Talent, onboarding, performance, payroll. Runs on HrBuddie internally — we use the product we sell, including the parts we know need polish.
